4月17日在本店摆婚宴，就近原则，因此15日-17日三个晚上都分别在该店定了高级大床房和高级双床房.
入住前，当地的朋友说“凤林大酒店算是当地四星级最好的酒店” ，我也是怀着期待的心情到店.
但结果却很失望，无论是宴会服务还是房间设施都跟四星级的标准有差.
1、抵店当天下午是6点半左右，大门口没有礼宾员，我们自己找行李车运行李；2、前台与网络订房衔接有时间差，抵店了，前台说有间房没有收到订单；3、723方洗漱盆上方冷水开关一碰就脱落、房间衣柜卫生差、空调要开到16度才能启动制冷；4、4月17日前一天，我跟销售说要在宴会厅播放喜庆的进场音乐，销售说有，结果婚礼当天，迎宾结束我最后到大厅都没还没有音乐，整个会场异常干和“尴尬”。此外，服务员少且懒散，上菜速度慢，上菜不报菜名、菜齐不知会，骨碟至终都没更换。会场有位黑衣服站在宴会厅门口双手抱臂不做任何指引和安排。宴会销售并未口头只会餐巾自带，导致当天宴会开餐时发现无餐巾可用.
5、宴会结束，餐厅的一位男同事，无笑容，无服务用语，极不耐烦地一直追着我们买单. 6、查房操作程序死板，因为赶时间等着退押金，和前台沟通了两次叫先查房都没查。
