缺点：面积较小，大概18平米左右，远低于宣称的30-32平米；临街，有点吵。
优点：一是早餐虽不是很丰富，但是也算得上精致可口，早餐可以到外面的阳台上就餐，这点不错；二是房间都有一个充电器，充电器延伸出来不同接口，满足各型号手机需求；三是距离步行街较近，吃饭和基本饮食生活用品购买很方便，400米城市便捷酒店一层百源堂药店旁有通用超市，招牌和门面虽小，但是物美价廉，1公里外有南城百货，这个超市很大。
总体来说，值得推荐。但是鉴于面积较小和设施设备有一定年头这个缺点来说，258稍贵，188-238左右价格比较合适。
