酒店环境还不错，建议不要住七楼的客房，窗外就是铁皮顶，通风不太好，而且下雨会有噪声，酒店疫情期间不开空调，有点闷，其实完全没有必要不开，酒店没了解好空调原理，客房的空调是独立新风加风机盘管设计，开空调不会有病毒污染，反而新风会让房间空气品质得到改善，楼道还有大堂等公共区域的空调关闭即可，还有热水也不给力，感觉只有三四十℃，洗的凉凉的，还怕着凉感冒呢！！！！早餐很不错，送到房间的，好吃！

房间干净安静凉快，设备齐全。酒店服务很好，可以帮忙叫出租，搬行李，还可以帮订外卖因为我没有手机号。服务真是很好了，很赞。下次还想去。另外早餐很丰盛且好吃，推荐。

大堂很豪华，房间很新，较少人入住，是本地最高档酒店。不过房间设施装修明显比大堂降低一个档次了。洗澡水很容易通过玻璃留到外面，整个厕所就湿答答的。早餐餐厅挺漂亮，食物不算多而且温度偏凉。索菲特不是国际连锁的索菲特，山寨名字酒店。服务很好，有什么问题第一时间响应。虽然不是国际连锁，硬件软件也算挺不错的了。
