服务人员没啥可说的，我是岳阳人，记得刚开的时候，环境特别好著称，现在，呵呵，感觉，卫生是个大问题，电梯不用刷卡就能上，我进去卫生间一看，浴巾丢在地上不知道什么鬼，人拿上又给我换了一间房，但是，还是体验很不好

在步行街附近，离火车站步行十几分钟距离，步行街有很多小吃，逛街也方便，前台说去岳阳楼步行只要三十几分钟，天气太热打车也就起步价

酒店设施一般，入住当晚房间冷气坏 至电前台调控冷气不成功，我说要不换个房间吧，前台说没有房间，既然说拿个风扇给我，前台服务员态度有待提高！
