去登记房间时接待的服务员工作不热情，总是找原因拒绝登记。首先说不是同程订的，是携程订的，给她看过手机短信和同程订单后又说订单号不对，不能登记，最后我要求她给同程打电话确认才免强登记了。房间还是值得入住，舒适卫生，空调噪音小。
