装修给人的感觉应该还不错，但是内部管理还要提高，首先是不能及时提供热水，水龙头放了近半小时才有热水。洗手间马桶气味很大，冬天开上暖气整个房间弥漫着浓浓的臭味。

金玉其外 败絮其中。热水放半小时才一点儿热，大冷天都不能有热水洗澡。马桶味道很大，换了几个房都是一样，因为卫生间的臭味房间呆起来难受刺鼻
