  去长沙途径岳阳，入住铂尔曼酒店，环境优美，前面就是洞庭湖，视线宽广，晚上也很安静。酒店设施也不错，前台小姐姐Bella、小影表现很不错，服务热情。

  设施新，条件好，这两点非常满意。湖景的话我个人觉得酒店有必要强调一下现在是枯水季。服务总体还行，但是对於客户的特殊需求做不到太变通（因为从国外回来，我们有大量的衣物要洗，这个的话，她们没有给到我满意的解决方案），早餐是非常好的，拍照胜地。总体来説，如果过来打卡的话我强烈推荐的。

  酒店的环境和设施挺新的，虽然不在市中心，但和洞庭湖就一条马路之隔，大堂外的大花园和大草坪也是散步的舒适之选。员工们都很有礼貌，也会积极和客人互动沟通。帮我们办理入住的是一位叫周成的**事，给我们免费升级到湖景房，还热情地介绍了岳阳的景点和路线，服务意识强，给我们的体验感很棒?? 房间住得也算是舒适，就是隔音问题有待改善。
