不小心订了套房,真心大,厅大,房间大,床大,厅放了麻将桌,可惜我就一个人,呵呵.
设施不大全,好在就是睡个觉.另外,楼层在7楼,但电梯只到6楼是个小麻烦.

前台服务态度差，经理也是没有一点经理的样子，明明定好的酒店，艺龙发的确认信息也给她看了，还是死咬着说没有。一起定了三间酒店，一间说有，另外两间却找不到。还说跟艺龙没有合作，跟携程就有合作！是你们艺龙合着酒店一起在坑客人吗？之前你们艺龙说酒店调价了每间涨40，我也同意了，到了酒店前台却说没有，2月27日打电话给你们投诉了，说回电话给我，现在都3月3日了也没有回电话！难道你们跟携程比就是要差吗？
