网上预定好了，短信也发过来确认了，到大堂有个服务员说没定上不接受，说网上定的价格比他们低，他们不会确认订单了！不承认！跟他说短信都发过来说定好了也不承认！后来旁边有个服务员说没问题才让我们住！第一次碰见这种情况，有预定短信还不让住的！
