极差的一次艺龙订房体验。艺龙上定了房，也得到艺龙确认订房成功了。到酒店酒店说没有看到订单，不给入住，要我等着，等订单来了才可以开房间。给艺龙电话，艺龙让我打宾客的电话，宾客又让我提供他们的订单号，来来回回打了几个电话，还是没搞清楚订单情况，酒店前台找预订部又找不到，难道不能给我刷了预授权把房先开了？酒店让我失望，艺龙也让我失望。

对于旅游来说位置方便，客房服务一般，应该赠送的礼品，你不要服务员不会主动送给你，说明酒店管理还是不很到位。
