服务意识极为欠缺，房间虽大，但是配套设施不全，抽屉里全是空的，没有保险柜、置物袋、备用的被褥等等都没有，浴室里也没有配防滑垫，衣柜里的衣架也不全，没有裤架，数量也少，更别提浴袍等。床品只配了两个枕头，玻璃台面上也全是灰。这哪里是五星酒店，同城经济型酒店都人性化配置，床头的插孔坏了，充了一晚上电都没充进去……散客入住性价比不高，价贵，入住体验不好。
