真的没见过这种前台，空调坏了还一脸嘲讽的表情说现在天气还需要开空调。开不开空调是我的事，开不开得了是你们酒店的事！晚上洗澡没热水，跟温水似的。浴室的灯好暗。这酒店还要我500押金，退房那会又说我用了它一个马桶垫（本人没动过），在前台等了15分钟才给走，真是服了
