虽然在当地小县城绝对是老大，但是从硬件设施到服务规范离高星酒店要求差距还很大。标示的服务项目答复没有，要帮忙叫个车一口回绝（罕见）；信用卡预授权服务流程不规范不熟练；自助早餐连个简易的西餐厅都没有，用的是团队餐的大圆桌（也是罕见），咖啡应该是自助早餐的标配之一，也是没有。
