12月31日入住的，也不知道是跨年还是怎样，宾馆在装修，基本只有我们在住！而且走道楼梯堆得全部是杂物……服务也不好，也怪自己没留意，以为是两点退房，多收了20的房费！整体来说，就一个好处，离岳阳楼近！其他的都不怎么样！

离岳阳楼很近 去岳阳楼君山岛汴河街多方便 房间装修有点旧 不过也过得去

隔岳阳楼很近，地方很好，设施虽然比较旧但收拾的还算干净，楼下大厅的接待人态度特好，我们住的很舒服，推荐。
