前台是门面，也最能体现一个酒店的管理到位与否，同时也是为人素质体现的最好职位平台之一！贵酒店对前台人员的素养（用专业素养还有点太高）还要多多管理和把控啊！！！不用总板着脸、不用觉得来住的宾客都是你的债主一样丧着脸没好气的爱理不理、更不用坐在那里只顾玩手机对住客没有尊重！尊重是相互的。各位艺友若看到我这条评论可以好好考虑一下，因为人员的原因导致对酒店的评价如此之低，艺友们慎重！
