非常棒的一家酒店，尤其是酒店的服务，今天让我深深地感受到了五星级的服务，挂牌四星却是五星级别，早上下来退房吃早餐的时候，把自己一克拉的结婚钻戒放在桌子上忘了拿了，自己都不知道，吃早餐的时候有个帅哥经理把钻戒拿来给我，我还反应不过来，太匆忙也忘了问那个帅哥经理叫什么名字了，真的是非常感谢岳梦宾馆的五星级服务，结婚戒指对我来说意义超过金钱的价值，再来岳阳出差的时候，岳梦宾馆是我唯一不变的选择

第一次住这家酒店，这家酒店在岳阳楼附近，应该是当地性价比非常搞得一家酒店。早餐很丰富，早餐很丰富，房间古色古香，很大气。非常棒。性价比高。

酒店位置优越，服务态度很好！离岳阳楼较近，可以步行前往。离火车站也比较近，打的几块钱，高铁站位于城外，大约需要1小时。

酒距离景点还比较近，走路大概25分钟，但周边环境有些乱，酒店内部南楼还比较新，床品也还很干净，但是房间门设计非常差，炒鸡不隔音，半夜睡觉总是被其他房间的关门声吵醒。另外，挺好的酒店却只有行政楼层有无烟房，其他房间只能被楼道传进来的烟味困扰，酒店大厅也可以随意抽烟，没有服务员制止，这个感觉很差。
