斯麦尔酒店环境和服务都很好，唯一的缺点就是洗澡的喷头不能取下来，水太散了，感觉冲不干净，总体还是很满意

1、卫生间下水道太臭了，影响了整个房间。br2、中午预定的，下午19点去登记，前台才通知楼层给我找整理完卫生的房间，影响入住心情；br3、早餐太简单，可选性少；br4、入住几次了，经常没有发票。

外艺龙不能预定个性房间比较遗憾，听前台说有飞机头等舱房间，水床等，房间比较干净，挺舒适

酒店位于运城市中心，很好找。闹中取静，晚上我们去运城最大的广场（叫什么忘记了）看电影，去夜市吃烧烤，打的才5元。房间很敞亮，设施设备也健全，前台的小姑娘态度很好。小小惊喜的是浴缸与淋浴间都有，但花洒位置总是调不对，每用一次都会溢出很多水1

地理位置非常方便，离火车站10分钟车程。酒店装修一新，工作人员服务态度很好，周边的美食店也很多。下此去还选这里。

酒店的房间是新的，装修风格也挺好！但就是服务有够差，似乎不了解服务行业应有的态度，最离谱的是离开时，我跟前台说帮我打车，前台要我自己去外面跟门卫说，跟门卫说了，结果门卫叫我自己在路上打，原因是他要接门口来车（但根本没车来，就是想偷懒），最后连大堂经理出来要门卫打台车，门卫依然不理会！多夸张的员工和管理呀！我以后绝对不会再来了！下雨了，酒店连个雨伞都没得借，早上的早餐超级难吃！完全的软体跟不上硬体！
