在这家酒店入住几次了，基本上都很满意，但这次出现小差错，早上起床房间停电了，给前台打电话，前台说马上来，可等了十五分钟也没有来，继续给前台打电话，催了三四遍服务员才来，给我们的理由是服务员还没有上班，夜班的服务员很忙，这样的解释我不能接受！好在没有耽误我们的行程，故今天提出来，希望酒店能改进，所以服务和设施给四星！

在运城转机，地理位置真的离候机楼很近很近～酒店设施真的太旧了，屋里拖鞋一看就别人穿过的，空调不好用挺冷的～早餐不错丰富～
