第二天退房时说是13:30退房，也不是这个级别酒店该做的事！而且我从12:50左右下来后就一直等着退房，结果我前面还有四五位客人等着，等啊等，我问为何有五个人还如此慢？人家说就一台电脑一个人在办。所以我就无语了……
最后，我终于弄明白了为何这家酒店要13:30退房，能力如此，效率如此，服务如此！
