运城本非计划停留地，因自驾车发生事故，而救援车辆和4S店的归属地为运城，故不得已而滞留。救援公司因距离近推荐我们住宿这家酒店。酒店名为4星，实际上远远达不到。宽敞的房间、走廊，电梯间气派的休息区虽然显示曾经可能的排场和讲究，但家具等设施维护保养得很差，一副颓败的模样。不值得推荐，尽管价格低。

在艺龙网上预订后，去了前台接待处，拿着预订人的身份证都查不出来预订的信息，我想请问我们在艺龙上提前预定的意义何在？还有房间内连餐厅的菜单都没有，想叫个送餐服务都不知道点什么！房间设备与艺龙网上描写有出入，明明写着有小冰箱，可实际上房间内没有，打电话到前台说他们酒店一直没有小冰箱。
