前台服务员态度很差，酒店的中央空调全部停止使用，天气热，房间不通风很大的烟味，请工作人员找一个电风扇，开始态度恶劣说没有，我们要求退房，对方说退房可以但不退钱。我们发火了要投诉，他们才找来风扇。怕热的旅客慎重考虑。他们的房间没有单独的空调
