酒店环境是不错的，唯独服务让人不舒服，住了那么多酒店，第一次遇到这种教条的经营理念。按金比房费还贵，我订了三个房间，第二天要提前退一个，结果卡吃饭时被带出去了，鼓捣要收30块钱，我説一会给你们拿过来，问我两点之前能拿回来不，我説不知道，但是今天肯定给你，我另外两个房间还有两晚上的嘛，我都这样説了，还是不同意，还是必须收三十块钱，説实话，这点比起人家希尔顿差远了，因为经常都是带着小孩入住，有时人家给我办几张卡，但是你们呢，喊你们多给我办一张卡，还要提醒我，走的时候记得换多少张卡，请问你们的房卡能去银行取现还是能吃？我拿来干啥？虽然只有三十块，有时不是钱的问题，让人极度不舒服，这是我第一次差评，谢谢你们！给了我个机会

相当不错的酒店，设施都很新，服务很热情，早餐很丰富，江景房景色很漂亮，夜景也很美。超喜欢大阳台，躺在大阳台的沙发上，看着江景、吹着江风、品着茶艺，很惬意！

春节渝东北旅行沿途比较喜欢的酒店，特别是观景大阳台。卫生间也挺大，窗户是百叶窗，感觉有些不安全。早餐很丰盛，米粉味道不错。

新开的酒店，环境卫生都很棒， 前台小姐姐服务态度真的超好，订错成大床房，跟小姐姐解释了一下，专门去申请给我免费升级成了双床，房间里的咖啡好像是法国的，其他酒店的速溶咖啡完全不是一个档次，还有那个洗发水也超级好用，不像其他酒店洗完毛毛躁躁的，果断被安利，早餐也超级丰富，可惜光顾吃，没拍照片，总之就是很棒
