服务最差的希尔顿。
下午四点来办入住，房间说是没打扫好，时间不能确认。给了房卡连电梯都不能刷，又跑到前台重新办。房间设施到处损坏未修：智能马桶盖坏的，淋浴转换旋钮坏的，淋浴房灯坏的，第二天进房间无电，打电话等了十几分钟才来人维修，说是跳闸了，然后中央空调无法开启，说继电器坏了。
坏成一堆。
服务极差，等在前台一个小时，一句道歉都没有。
这么没有素质、没有管理的五星酒店第一次见识。

总体来说还是很满意的，建议朋友们在网上定，比在前台定要便宜一百多左右，唯一不足的就是小冰箱里不放饮料，可能是因为不查房的原因，想随时喝也喝不上，早餐也还好，就在三清山南部售票中心下，走个500米左右就到了

很优的一所酒店，硬件软件均与五星相符。地点在双溪索道附近，从上绕汽车东站坐小巴到三清山，下车地点就是酒店的大门前，十分方便！
