酒店的综合水平只能对得起平时的房价，端午小长假价格是平时的2.5倍，服务没有任何的提升。客房电视频道极少，所有的体育频道都打不开；早餐品种真的很少，前台一早是没睡醒的样子，退房时还被告知查房要8点半以后，现在7点半，工作人员没有上班，无法退房，押金无法退还……希望能提升服务质量，毕竟是服务行业。
