定的是高级大床，房间设施设备还是中规中矩的，是比较传统的那种。酒店服务还是比较好的，服务人员都很亲和，礼貌。入住时前台还送了小朋友新年红包，虽然里面是巧克力，但是心意浓厚。客房服务人员还在电梯厅迎接，送雪梨水。很温馨。卫生状况还是不错的，清洁的很干净。自助餐厅也是不错的，虽然春节期间人员众多，但是服务员总体还是有条不紊，态度很好。

每次去余姚都会入驻这家酒店，环境服务设施都很不错。特别是服务，能记住入驻人的姓，这点让我感觉很惊讶，还会主动打招呼。不过后来几次入驻就略为欠缺了，可能是第一次与外国同事一起入驻的关系吧。不过总体来说还是让我很满意的。
