酒店服务一直都不错，来余姚首选太平洋。从前台的毛巾和茶水，有人带房到房间，房间还有晚安点心，很贴心。早餐也很丰富，总体感觉很赞。

虽然酒店房间有点旧服务很赞，从入住毛巾茶水服务带房到退房的迎送服务都不错，前台员工会主动问询是否需要叫车，第一次来让我感受颇深，前台小李很不错！

酒店体验很舒服，入住前台提供毛巾和茶水服务非常不错，前台小周和小李服务也很棒，为我预定了吃饭的座位，还主动带我至房间。下次还会选择太平洋大酒店。

酒店住的很舒适，不愧是五星级酒店。服务也非常棒，从入住到房间，还有晚上的晚安点心，早上的早餐都非常好。由于赶时间退房，前台小李热心帮我叫出租车去余姚北站，太感谢了。
