酒店环境很好，三个湖，两个水湖，一个旱湖－－-仰天湖，本身就在山顶上的一个小盆地，周围被小山包环绕，大树参天，仰天湖芦苇摇曳。风景很美，还很有开发潜力。房间大走廊宽敞，很气派。但是餐饮问题很大。早餐不错，其余两餐酒店的政策似乎作放弃。休闲度假吃得不方便很成问题。酒店应该设法与住客互动，解决好客人吃的问题。总之硬件超一流，软件还不够专业。但有一例外，餐厅跑堂，那个穿制服的，一招一式几乎是教科书般的专业水准。

酒店总体环境不错，住店没事可以逛逛，有山有水有草地，各种昆虫鸟儿鱼儿，挺原生态，房间挺大，只是没有阳台，装修比较老旧，设施也不咋的，最不满意的竟然没有矿泉水供应，总结下来一句话比农家乐稍微好点，早餐也比农家乐的稍好，这个附近也没更好的酒店选择了

四明山仰天湖山庄位于仰天湖风景区内，地理位置绝佳。从余姚有公交车可抵达。环境优美，距地质公园和森林公园均不远且有公交车可达。由于住宿期间就餐人员不多，所以早餐一般。

山上大雪，还以为在雪乡呢。第二天路面结冰，被酒店的依维柯拖着才上了下山的主干道。
