  在枣庄出差八九天，入驻了这家酒店 对各方面都比较满意，性价比也高，设施设备也不错 对晚上值班的前台俩小姑娘的非常满意，微笑的服务总是令人记忆尤深 对於白天的工作人员，投诉分100，尤其是一个年级大了的，拉着脸，説话看人下菜，感觉别人欠她钱似的 我与今天退房，昨天晚上就已经给前台工作人员説了三点多退房，白天工作人员一个劲催，三点我在房间洗漱居然敲门开门了，我还光着身子……还好有反锁链，这酒店有这样的服务人员，老板也不知道怎麽想的，招这样的不尊重人和客户的工作人员破财！ 我要走了，听到的不是您慢走，住的愉快和道歉之类的，居然是要超时补二三十房费…… 本想为枣庄出差的行程画个圆满句号，没想到留下了这样不好的印象！

  I had an amazing stay at ELVIRA last night! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, super comfortable, and had a great view. I especially loved the comfy bed and the cool feature in the room. The location was perfect. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will 100% be back!
