以前住过这个酒店感觉还凑合，现在越来越烂，水壶塑料的，第一次见。卫生环境也堪忧，看入住率也很一般，估计走下坡路了。另外用艺龙订酒店真麻烦，你们怎么老收不到入住信息呢？

第二次入住挺好性价比很高，昨天早餐时向年轻的男服务员提出南瓜有点硬，蒸的时间有点短，小伙立刻向厨师说了，今天早餐南瓜不硬了，很好吃。这种服务态度值得表扬。

酒店在枣庄西站出口右侧，步行约5分钟。酒店比较高档，房间宽敞明亮，洗漱间宽敞，设施齐全，用品干净卫生。网络信号也行，餐厅很大，早餐品种丰富。住宿总台和餐厅服务人员再提高服务专业水平和服务态度就更好了。

住两天下了两个订单，入住时说好了，可是第二天早晨说第二张订单找不到了，让艺龙补发，耽误了一个多小时才搞定，到景点都中午了
