通过点评也赞一下小艺的客服，不论走到哪里你们都是我们龙萃的家人，在外受委屈的时候只有艺龙的家人可以依靠！台儿庄古城的服务太差，临时取消了之前的订单转投台儿庄酒店让我很惊喜！房间干净卫生，车有专门的停车场专人管理，尤其是二楼的餐厅，价廉物美没得说！住店客人还打九折

这种老的酒店设施普遍一般，设施有点陈旧。门都坏了。不过位置还可以，在古城西门外700米左右。服务还行，不是很细致。

还蒜满意，入酒店时客服给错了房间，给了普通标间后来入住后感觉房间与我们定的相差很大，然后对比网上查看后发现他们给错房间，我们定的是二间商务标准间，而他们给我们是普通标准间 ，后来我们找他们交涉后帮我们更换了房间，这样住感觉还不错吧！

我们在同程定酒店主要目的一是方便，二是有优惠。而这次同程的做法太让我失望了！居然在酒店的价格基础上加钱！！附图是酒店当日价格表，经确认当日未涨价。我们在同程定的标准间是554元，而酒店只有498元！以后除非同程不可替代，否则拒使用！！当然我更希望同程给大家一个解释！br酒店还比较干净，比较满意，由于提前定了所以晚上11点半才过去，酒店给了两间紧挨餐厅的地方，走廊里酒味较重，时刻提醒我们这里是“酒”店。虽然这次对同程很不满意，但这毕竟是在对酒店评价，给差评对酒店不太公平。
