酒店在古城内，进出不方便。酒店外观和装修古色古香，就是太脏了，门太差了，关不严。空调无法致冷。

房间挺好的，古香古色的，很安静，不像前边酒吧街的房间，特别吵，前台人很好，我订的时候没有房间了，她给我在艺龙现开的一个房间。订的临水景观房，窗外的小桥流水，特别有感觉

万府，失望经历，中央空调坏掉，挂机坏掉，带老人孩子强烈要求下换房，但只有壁式电暖器，屋内勉强18度，无法洗澡，毛衣入睡。陷阱消费！桌上咖啡和一包茶叶分别收费5块10块，价格小5号字体贴在小盘子上，房内很多灯不亮，根本无法看到，这坑我是掉进去了。早餐每人一份限量，可怜！服务人员把“这是免费早餐”挂嘴边，可我们是付双早房费的，天下哪有免费早餐？酒店态度和能力真的需要改进，不推荐古城，此酒店也不会再去了
