前台服务相当差，一丁点专业都没有，我明明在携程订好房间的，打电话去确认路线时就说没有，我告知说我定当成功了的，让她好好看下，她就是说没有没有。去到酒店后，一进房间，一股刺鼻的发霉味道超级难听，洗脸瓶那水龙头装的太不行了，一开就全身湿的感觉，空调根本不行，打电话去前台希望能换下房间。得到前台服务员一句：你觉得现在还有房吗？难道你们就不可以好好说话？270的3人间，太不值了，最多值100，被房间的霉味熏得一夜无眠，心酸啊！
