很文艺风 装修的有张家界特色。好多老外，很好的客栈。屋里也挺大的，经营的很好 ，很干净 ，前台服务很好，腰不好帮忙拿行李 。 反正很赞的一家客栈

服务非常非常好！还未出行就感觉遇到了亲人一样，详细介绍旅游出行注意事项。位置也是非常好，离森林公园非常近。房间很大也很干净，三口之家或四口之家住完全没有问题。周边很热闹。定了三天，临时改变行程，取消了一天。旅店和艺龙都相当给力，本来不能退的，也在三小时退款到位，真是相当开心，值得信赖！

酒店位置不算是最佳，但是离武陵源区入口只有1分钟的路程，房间整体来说算是比较整洁。除了有一件事不是很开心，要酒店帮忙安排一台商务7座车去凤凰，结果来了一台比亚迪的小7座。
