服务挺好，毕竟第一次去张家界，难免有些东西不懂，跑去问店员都会很耐心跟我们讲解，还有免费停车场，就是位置有点难找，毕竟初来乍到😊

交通方便，从张家界景区玩了两天，回到市区后准备坐火车去凤凰古城，就又住这家客栈了。外面吃个饭，睡个觉，第二天走着去火车站(很近，也可以打车)

从机场打车很方便，在市中心位置，离长途车站火车站很近，在天门山索道附近。
独自旅行，干净一点方便一点还是可以的

这个客栈在天门山索道公司对面，一条巷子里几十家客栈，他家靠近里面，带电梯，听老板说，是唯一一家有电梯的。淡季房价便宜，内部清爽，只是洗脸水放了很久都是冷的。洗澡水要放四五分钟才热。
