首先美女老板的服务是非常的好，无论什么要求都是笑脸解决。再说房间虽然有点点拥挤的感觉但我觉得这种榻榻米的设计还是不错的。

离索道很近 出行方便 就是入口不好找 定了个榻榻米房间和朋友两个人住 挺方便 地上直接可以放东西 就是房间略小 不过完全够用 棒棒

酒店的地理位置挺好找的，就在天门山索道公司的对面，从傍边的老胡三下锅进去就能停车，再从后门进去就行了，虽然酒店的正门在另一边，不过还是挺容易找到的，酒店内部的环境很不错，很干净，不是富丽堂皇的装修，但有简洁优雅的感觉。酒店的工作人员态度很棒，前台会很细心的解答疑问，真的很感谢。房间内部的设施很齐全，电视很新，智能机顶盒几乎能看所有频道了，房间内的网络也很好，WIFI和4G都很流畅。最最主要的是窗户外就能看见天门山索道下站，随时都能看到缆车从眼前略过。酒店楼下不远处就有餐馆，晚上就能在酒店楼下吃吃烧烤…

酒店的环境很不错，位置也很好找，就在天门山索道站对面，站在马路上就能看见，从房间就能看见索道来来往往，工作人员的服务态度很棒，全程都是微笑着回答我们的疑问，很感谢，房间内环境也很好，内部的设施很齐全也很新……

第二次来张家界，上一年来了下雨没有去天门山，今年又又来了还是下雨，过年真心的不要来张家界，一票难求，只可以买高价钱或者半夜排队买票，又下雨！但是房间很好，窗口刚刚对着索道的，房间也很漂亮，打电话给酒店的人非常好，还安排我们停车，超级无敌好人！
