酒店比较新，设施不错，房间大而舒适，床比较大，适合带孩子的家庭居住，卫生也不错。就是酒店预订确认比较慢，头天预订第二天上午才确认，早餐一般，品种不多，韩国人多，有点拥挤。不靠谱的是艺龙上显示离机场是2.2公里（本来是冲着这个预订的），实际大清早不堵车的情况下要打车15分钟，应该有十公里以上吧。张家界的司机去机场还一口价不打表，说是没有返程客。所以第二天要赶飞机的朋友得多预留些时间。
