本来预订张家界水世界度假酒店的，去到前台被告知房间是安排在大成山水国际酒店。水世界酒店前台服务员的态度爱理不理，就说没有房间，要自行走路去大成山水。步行约200米来到大成，服务员又告知可以要求入住水世界酒店，当时已经是半夜了，不想再折腾，就入住大成山水。在携程网预订的，看起来真的保障到客人，这次对携程，提供预订的旅行社和酒店都是差评。
