卫生环境还可以，就是没电梯楼梯很陡，枕头太高，睡了两个晚上脖子都僵硬了，酒店后面的居民起得太早了，估计五点多就起了，小孩子家长声音有点大

十分好的一家店，预定起来很方便，一进门前台就向客人打招呼很有礼貌。再次碰到也会打招呼，房间设施简洁大方，整体干净明亮，床垫软硬适中睡觉很舒服，被套很舒服很柔软，床单铺的很整齐，洗手间敞亮、干净。热水很充足，WiFi账号和密码一目了然方便上网，网速也很好，房间很安静。隔音也不错。本次入住很开心。

这个民宿非常棒，建筑很有特色，提供的沐浴露和洗发液可以和之前住过两三百的民宿相媲美，可见店家十分用心，房间很有特色，无论是灯光还是摆设，都非常有特色。距离张家界天门山景区非常近，几分钟就可以到达，附近吃饭的地方很多，麦当劳就在对面，十分方便，老板十分贴心，早上准备了小零食。
