到了张家界是一路波折啊，一开始定的酒店实在太差了，于是又上了艺龙换了这个，这家好的多，床有点小，如果是1.5就更好了，然后自然采光不好，全靠室内照明，还比较安静，挺干净的，总体比较满意。

酒店位置很好，离门票站，车站都近。而且酒店往下走一段路就有超市和水果店。挺方便。

住房还好，服务人员态度也好，唯一就是冬天入住水温不够热，据说是太阳能热水器冬天应该用电再加热，夏天应该没问题。

环境卫生不错吧, 位置也挺好, 离演出的舞台很近. 走过去5分钟.
不过有几点需要提醒游客们!
1: 那个送＜魅力湘西＞演出票, 其实不是送票, 而是兑换卷, 拿到兑换卷后你得自己打电话去订票...这点比较无语, 也就是说如果你电话打晚了, 你就只能等明天再看了.
(兑换券不能直接去售票窗口换票,如果你第2天要住山上, 而第一天又是下午到, 那兑换卷基本就废了...).....
所以 一定要一拿到票就打电话. (我强烈建议酒店能在旅客进驻的时候 帮旅客打好这个电话. 毕竟宣称的是送票,而不是送兑换卷啊.)
2: 浴室的小淋浴间是没有门的.... 洗澡会洗得整个厕所里一地水~~~~ 店家的解释是: 门曾经倒下来砸伤过游客, 所以后来怕再出现这样的事故, 就吧门全拆了. 这个解释我能理解并且接受. 我写出来只是罗列一下,看您自己是否在意咯~~~
其他没什么 房间很大很干净 空调很给力,
