前台服务员态度好，热情细心。到达当天客满无房，立即替我们申请升级房间，换了一大套间。不错，再来还住这里。

客栈装修很有感觉，看得出老板是花费了不少心思的。床品也很舒服，品质不错！连住了两天，第二天房间收拾得干净整洁，并且补了矿泉水。前台工作人员很nice，给我们详细介绍了游览路线，经理还加了我的微信，以便随时帮我们解答疑难问题。总之，作为有二十年旅游从业经历的我，可以很负责任的说，山水寨是我住过的客栈酒店里名列前茅的！

服务很周到，环境卫生也不错奥，距离标志门有7站公交路程，打车10元左右，其实不是很远，如果体力好的朋友走到景区也是可以的。总体还是比较满意的奥～

酒店的地理环境挺好的，而且他们也很讲究环保，比较杜绝一次性用品的消费，提倡用自己的洗漱用品，酒店的经理人也很好，帮我们订票，规划出行路线，棒棒的

非常感谢酒店免费帮我们升级到亲子房，房间设施都很好，唯一没中不足的是酒店隔音效果有待加强，也只怪游客素质太低，早上六点不到就像在菜市场一样高声喧哗

选了很多家酒店最好确定这里，说实话开始看见门楼心里不由得犯起嘀咕来，可是一进房间确实觉得很超值，立马办理续住，酒店的被子很厚实，淋浴的水很大很热非常舒服，最贴心的是前台每次都会很热情的给你打招呼，服务堪比五星
