酒店还不错，和大城市的快捷酒店差不多，服务就完全没有了，订了说查不到，也不想办法怎么查，就开始用手机看电视，把我晾一边，然后还是我想办法问他让他怎么查……张家界风景很棒，就是人不行，个个都想坑游客
