挺好挺便利的一家酒店，出了火车站就可以走过去住宿了。离天门山走路十几分钟，打车五块。酒店四楼吃的价格合理，就是要去四楼餐厅就像走迷宫。

位置相当好，设施新，房间大，热水足，非常推荐。员工的服务也很好。就是千万别在酒店餐厅吃饭，特别贵。

离火车站很近离汽车站也很近，酒店环境很好，我们订了2间亲子房1间标间，去了给我们安排了3间亲子间，每个房间都带一个大阳台，晾衣服孩子玩都好。非常喜欢。

大赞，第二次来住了，家人太满意表示这次旅游的最后一晚要再来住这个酒店，房间大，床铺舒服，无线快，热水足！各种好，以这个价钱来说真心值。可以寄存行李，不用提箱子上山。。。咔咔。各种棒。在火车站对面（售票厅那边）～

带着妈妈，外公外婆出来旅游的。订的天成酒店，全家人表示超级满意，房间干净宽敞，网速超级快，热水也棒棒哒，房间里热水壶，电吹风什么的一应俱全。在张家界的最后一晚上也准备住这家。对了，服务态度也超级好呢～

天成酒店就在张家界火车站广场的前面，退房后酒店可免费寄存行李，游玩天门山下来后再去乘坐火车方便极了，酒店的装修很新，客房设施按高星级很到位，特别是电热水壶和洗澡热水那叫一个爽极了，非常舒服好用，酒店服务很热情周到，值得入住。
