这个酒店不给退房 酒店客服根本没有人管理和处理 现在购物都可以无理由退换货 毕竟这个退房还是有原因是因为去酒店的路在修 实在不方便去这个酒店 路不好也不怪我们 最气人的是这个酒店前台不解决问题还给客人挂电话。态度好一点 告诉我们原因我们可以接受 顾客就是上帝 现在竟然挂电话 总是一味都推卸责任 根本不去解决问题。

酒店环境非常好，去景区大门口有车接送。餐厅饭菜很好吃，分量还足。服务热情，两天下来和他们都交成了好朋友！

酒店位置离张家界的一个门口比较近，但在半山腰上，自驾要走盘山路，孩子太小会晕车。房间不错，不潮湿，房间对面就是山，空气很好。酒店自己就有餐厅，可以点菜，味道不错，价格也还可以。早餐一般。店老板很热情，接送去景区。
