房间有点潮湿 装修也有一些陈旧 房间插座不是坏的就是插不进去 说好含早餐 结果说两个小孩要收费 这次张家界行 订了三个酒店 这是唯一不满意

很高大的样子，别墅楼。房内也还不错 稍稍有点旧 但能接受。房间大，也安静。在山坡上景色不错。停车方便。缺点是位置稍偏，适合自驾，房间在山上会有蚊虫。

酒店不讲信誉，24号入住后就通过携程预订了26号的房间，还交了保证金，第二天早退房时还告诉前台明天下山还回来住一晚去森林公园。26号中午酒店打电话说没有房间了，携程与其交涉无果，联系山下的几家酒店都客满，最后下山开车进城住了一晚，第二天又开车去了森林公园。好在携程讲信誉赔付了一晚的住宿费，抵了来回的油费。

这次住宿真是糟糕，首先信息不实，距标志门网上标识为700米，而实际至少远了十倍，洒店环境真心差，清晨四点就吵死了，房间的被子也不干净，一股难闻的臭气。
