酒店位于碧桂园旅游度假区内，到天门山和张家界武陵源森林公园各差不多半小时车程，内部环境很安静，酒店服务也很好，入住前专门还有客房管家（小田）致电和加了微信，还帮我申请了一份儿童早餐，特别感谢。酒店设施略有些旧，但挺干净。泳池在负四层，可以免费使用，孩子玩的很开心。停车免费，很方便。早饭也不错，吃的很多，推荐入住

酒店位于天门山和武陵源景区中间，非常适合自驾游，去景区非常近，酒店环境优美，安静，设施齐全，停车方便，酒店大堂豪华大气，有澳门威尼斯人的风格，中西餐厅、游泳池、健身房都不错，性价比高，家人出游不二选择。

酒店离高铁站武陵源都比较近，开放的游泳池游的比较爽。前台小哥史金明服务不错，友情提醒早餐错峰使用。
