第二次来武陵源，上次住的铂尔曼，这次选择了皇冠假日，皇冠假日的房间更大，设施更新，不过酒店貌似没有自己的洗衣房，打电话要洗衣服务被告知需要拿到外面去洗

酒店硬件、服务、环境在武陵源核心景区真是第一流的。由于第一次来张家界 ，景区面积大，景点多，不知道如何选择，好在酒店有旅游定制服务，我们定制了VIP两日游，专车接送、一对一导游服务，特别是土家族导游小黄服务五星好评，专业、热情、敬业！一切都有旅游公司和导游安排好，真是省心省力。这几天因为下雨，好像在仙境，云雾缭绕，张家界太美了！

相当棒！不愧是大牌，细节方面做得很到位，服务也很让人舒心。带着两孩子，定的1.32双床的豪华双人间，实际房间的沙发拉开是张很大的床，两娃在那睡得特满足。这一点对于亲子旅行来说非常好。
