十一带家人到张家界游玩，艺龙网9月20日预定东航观光酒店三人间。房间很大，摆三张床还很宽敞。卫生还好，设施有点陈旧，花洒锈迹斑斑，但热水很大。办理入住时前台说没预定，开始说没房，联系艺龙又有房了，搞不懂。十一期间三人间688元有点很高。
再说艺龙订房:9月20日下订单348元，担保完成。21日艺龙告诉我沒这个价了，要求加价或退订，好一通电话商量，艺龙终于同意补差价，21号按688元重新下单担保。

住了两晚，床单衴套居然不换？问前台还面不改色说是换了，幸好第一晚我留意做了一个记号，她们无话可说了，奇葩！空调是中央空调，不制冷，最后是搬了个电扇解决了。
