优点：大厅和楼房有5星酒店的气派。
缺点：走廊霉味，房间厕所臭，毛巾都很硬，后面三米就是居民楼，晚上总有人大声喧哗，打麻将什么的。

环境不错，地理位置也很好，距离景区很近，房间设施也不错，价格合理，值得一住。重要的是早餐没有评论里说的那么差劲！

酒店环境很不错，位置也很好，就在景区大门口，就是要提醒大家，酒店里的旅行社千万别去，太骗人了，讲好的景点好多都没带我们去，还有说好送我们去汽车站的，第二天竟然给我们送到公交车站，好在我们据理力争才勉强送我们到车站，建议还是自己游比较方便。

房间可以，服务业可以，只是早餐啊，太差劲了。连个白水煮蛋都没有，没有青菜，没有水果。进去只能喝点粥。这个早餐应该改善改善。离景区不是很远。可以寄存行李。

酒店设施整洁大方，停车场方便宽敞，到景区交通便利，周边餐饮丰富。
酒店的自助早餐名不符实，品种较少，第二天一早去用餐时还不幸遇见2帮人在餐厅大打出手，情况非常可怕，酒店应急处理基本没有，这在四星级酒店发生不应该！

离武陵源森林公园景区门很近的，离武陵源汽车站，走路均是十来分钟。这酒店在这位置，这价格还不错的。就是早餐厅变来变去，也没人告知一声，也没一个指示牌等。其他的都还好吧。前台服务，只要你前去咨询，都还是很热情的解答的。
