酒店工作疏忽，交接不清楚，明明已经预定，到了酒店工作人员居然说没有预定，最后通过携程调节倒是顺利入住，可明明已经预定而且已经预付房费的情况下酒店为什么还要再收房费？希望携程给一个满意的答复
