最烦无孔不入的当地非正规导游不停地纠缠散客，该度假村也有这种情况。
设施陈旧，尤其卫生间散发出一股霉味；淋浴喷头“苟延残喘”；电视的有个别频道不出声儿。

总台服务员对待客人不热情，一直都是板着面孔的。而且酒店里有导游推销的，不停的纠缠客人。

除了位置非常好，紧挨着国家森林公园入口以外，作为三星级房间实在一般，被子比较潮，但是武陵源那边的旅店虽好，进山的人太多，这边清静而且价格也不高，作为景区门前的旅店还算可以，上山特别方便。最关键的一点是晚上非常安静。
